SAVS Centre Open to the public Thursday 3rd December is International Day of Persons with Disabilities, which is marked annually in many countries around the world. Southend Association of Voluntary Services (SAVS) and Disability Network Southend, (a SAVS Forum), are inviting people to celebrate the day at this special event. Several organisations working for people with disabilities in the Borough of Southend-on-Sea will be providing information about the services they offer. | ||
