Next meeting of the South East Essex Epilepsy Support Group (Southend based) will take place on Monday 30th January 2012 at the Southend Adult Community College, Ambleside Drive, Southend-on-Sea (opposite Southend East train Stn) from 7.30pm. There is no cost involved and anyone with an interest in Epilepsy is welcome to attend.The meeting provides an opportunity for local epilepsy sufferers, family and friends to chat and share experiences. This is a well established support group registered with the Southend Association Voluntary Services (SAVS) set up to help people deal and understand  the impacts of epilepsy. The January meeting in addition to providing an update on the current Epilepsy specialist nurse vacancy at the Southend University Hospital Neurology Department will host an epilepsy awareness presentation / discussion.
