Southend-on-Sea Local Area Agreement
The Southend-on-Sea Local Area Agreement (LAA) was agreed in 2007  and partners including Southend Borough Council, South Essex PCT, Police and the voluntary and community sector (VCS) have been working together to meet the targets and priorities.  A number of partnerships have been formed to deliver these; the Safer and Stronger Partnership Board, Health & Wellbeing Strategic Partnership, Children and Young People’s Strategic Partnership (CYPSP) and Economic Development and Enterprise Partnership.
