Thriving Communities Forum

This Forum will link to the Enterprise and Community Environment Partnership Board, the Board is responsible to Southend Together Executive for targets around economic wellbeing, transport, culture, leisure and housing, training and skills. The Board received reports on the Economic Participation Programme and agreed the Economic Participation LA Investment Template 2010-11.
