Older People

Support group to those 18+ suffering with anxiety, low mood, depression or mental health needs.

We have a closed Facebook group offering a safe environment for people to gain and give support to each other.  Due to the success of the group and increasing demand, we are creating a programme of meets and workshops on a 2 weekly basis to be held at St Lukes Community Hub.
