Southend Educational Psychology Service (EPS) works at individual, group and organisational levels to support better outcomes for children and young people in our Southend community. In addition to statutory work around Education Health and Care plans (EHCPs) we are also involved in early intervention and preventative work including consultation and training in a number of areas including child development, learning and emotional health and well-being. We offer therapeutic interventions such as video interaction guidance and cognitive behaviour therapy approaches. Our work is discussed, negotiated and agreed with our service users.
