Salary: £17,888.00 per annum

Job Summary:
Hadleigh Farm Estate incorporates Hadleigh Training Centre, Hadleigh Tea Rooms, the Rare Breeds Centre and The Hub. The role of Administrative Assistant is part of the Business Administration Team which serves the whole Estate in all areas of Finance, HR, Marketing, Volunteering and General Administration. The Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative support functions to the Hadleigh Farm Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking to recruit a motivated, organised and confident individual to:

• Work on the busy Reception desk and undertake all associated tasks
• Complete a variety of data inputting using excel and electronic accounting system
• To assist with a range of financial functions including electronic financial returns, end of day cashing up, banking and invoicing
• To act as minute taker for various meetings across the Estate and ensure associated reports are issued in a timely fashion.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
• Experience of data input
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience in a Reception role
• Experience of working in an office based team
