The Let’s Talk About Suicide website is a fantastic resource hub full of advice, local and national charities, sign-posting, free training videos and much more including safety plans and documentaries.

This month the site also highlights local suicide prevention charity – The Craig Tyler Trust as well as information and ideas on Crisis lines, Coping with Christmas,  and extra helplines and advise around the Cost of living and domestic abuse among everything else.
