Safe Steps is looking to recruit a Family DA Practitioner to join their organisation supporting survivors of domestic abuse in Southend, Rochford and Castle Point.

The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated and committed to making a difference to child and family safety and their recovery following experiencing domestic abuse.

Relevant experience of working with children is essential, as is experience delivering/facilitating within group settings. A knowledge of the domestic/sexual abuse sector, delivery of interventions to parents and experience managing safeguarding would be an advantage. Safe Steps is committed to training and development and is prepared to invest in training the right candidate.
