Having secured further funding Safe Steps are looking to recruit additional staff to its services for survivors of domestic abuse in the City of Southend and Essex

The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated and committed to making a difference to the safety and promotion of healthy relationships.

Relevant experience of working with vulnerable client groups is essential and a knowledge of the domestic/sexual abuse sector, criminal justice or housing sector would be an advantage.  Safe Steps is committed to training and development and is prepared to invest in IDVA training and accreditation for the right candidate.
