Thurrock CVS are looking for someone who can take a lead in supporting three of the four key functions of infrastructure that characterises the fundamental role of Thurrock CVS, this includes leadership & advocacy, partnerships & collaborations and capacity building for the sector.
This dynamtic person will have experience of working and developing the VCFSE sector, including organisational structures, for example Charities, CIC’s etc, training, funding advice, policy guidance and general support. This is a demanding role and requires someone with tenacity and a real interest in people and social action.
Superb communication skills is a must, at all levels, as well as a good understanding of an organisations development and structure.
