Southend in Sight Volunteer Becomes Permanent Staff

Published on: August 24, 2023

Southend in Sight are pleased to welcome a new recruit to their team; Liz Payne, who has been volunteering for the charity for the past 3 years. Liz is now the Community Coordinator.
Liz’s tasks will involve carrying out talks with community groups, arranging bucket collections and organising fundraising events for everyone to attend.

Liz says: “I am thrilled to be part of such a wonderful local charity both as a volunteer and staff member. I hope that my enthusiasm for the great work that we carry out in the community will encourage everyone I meet to support Southend in Sight.”

If your group would like to book a talk or have some fundraising ideas you need help with, please do get in touch by calling 01702 342131.
