Thrive with Freedom – Referrals Open
Published on: February 24, 2026
Referrals are now open for our Thrive with Freedom sessions across Rochford and Basildon.
Designed for young people aged 17–25, this supportive programme combines gentle movement and strengthening activities with practical wellbeing tools such as sound relaxation. It offers a welcoming, pressure-free space for those navigating life changes, stress, or confidence challenges.
We provide 6–12 weeks of fully funded support, available both in person and online, making it easy for young adults to take part in a way that feels comfortable for them.
Young people can begin with a taster session to see if it feels right, and if they enjoy it, they can continue onto the full programme. They’re also welcome to bring someone along for support if that helps them feel more at ease.
