A morning of free yoga for all including, Yoga for Adults, Kids Yoga and Chair Yoga, breath-work, meditation and a live band, with music from The Procrastinators. All funds donated go towards our community classes and programmes – donations can be made at the event. Find out more.

Mini Retreat in the City

Join us for a mini-retreat on a roof terrace in the City of Southend.  On arrival, there will be refreshments.  We will then start our 90min Yoga and meditation practice. Following our practice we will have time to chat, chill and soak up the environment with refreshments and a vegetarian buffet brunch. (Roof will be open weather permitting).
