Welcome to the Emotional Well-being and mental health service for young people up to the age of 18, or up to the age of 25 if they have special educational needs, living in Essex.
The type of support will vary depending on the type of concern and the severity. All of the direct support options aim for young people to meet their own goals. They include

Sign-posting to other organisations such as Big White Wall
Crisis support
Specialist assessments
Face to face therapy either individually or in groups
