We work with those who have acquired hearing loss, by offering practical help, support, advice and guidance.
For 30 years, our dedicated staff and volunteers have visited dozens of venues across the county each month, running hearing aid support sessions, information stands, and delivering talks, and training. Many of our team has hearing loss themselves, so can empathise as well as offer practical help. We offer a home visiting service for housebound clients living within our operational area across our services.
We offer pre-bookable appointments at clinics, hospitals, and surgeries in Essex, and appointments are available at Resource Centre based in Chelmsford. Practical help with re-tubing and loan of specialist equipment. Call or email for further information.
