SWIM is a Community Interest Company, delivering services that support and empower people to improve their health, wellbeing and life chances while also helping health and care partnerships to understand and meet the needs of their local communities more effectively.
Southend and Castle Point and Rochford CCG have tasked SWIM to carry out a piece of community engagement across South East Essex and produce recommendations to ensure our mental health services are accessible, inclusive and effective for people from all backgrounds.
Through warm conversations, SWIM will gather rich insights that will help enhance the design and delivery of services for years to come.
