Trust Links is your local mental health and wellbeing charity. We work across South-East Essex to support people experiencing mental health difficulties, families and other community members. Our projects support over 1,500 people a year in Southend, Rochford and Castle Point.

We?re committed to building stronger communities, and supporting the environment through sustainable living is at the core of our work.

Therapy Links is the new counselling service from Trust Links, helping to meet the demand for increased counselling and mental health support services in Southend and the local area.

What is available with Therapy Links

We offer face to face counselling at our Trust Links Westcliff site, and we also offer video conferencing or telephone options to meet need around shifting Covid-19 SARS Cov-2 government guidance and restrictions.
With Therapy Links you can access:

• A free initial assessment with one of our trained counsellors.
• 12 further sessions of 50 minutes.
• Fees are ?15 for benefit recipients, ?25 for non-benefit recipients, per session.

Our counselling team

Our counsellors are trained to a high standard to empathise and listen with presence and understanding. In addition, some of our counsellors are qualified in specific disciplines, theories and counselling styles. So, we aim to find the most complementary match for your needs, and areas you wish to work on.

Our counsellors can help with issues around:

• Confidence and self-esteem.
• Anxiety and uncertainty.
• Depression and low mood.
• Loss and grief.
• Family dynamics and childhood.
