Salary: £30,000-£32,000

Role Type: Full Time

Hours: 15-20 hours per week

Closing Date: 26/05/2024

Interview Date: 03/06/2024

The role would suit someone who is passionate about developing multi-agency partnerships and mobilising local communities to collaborate towards slavery-free communities. We are looking for an energised, self starter to join our small and experienced team. Hours are flexible with both office and home-based working. Periodic travelling within Essex will be required.

The Together Free Foundation is a charitable organisation stimulating localised and collaborative responses to local exploitation in the forms of modern slavery and human trafficking. Since starting in 2018, Together Free has catalysed and developed three Essex-based antislavery partnerships in Southend, Chelmsford and Colchester. These partnerships draw together charities, local authorities and law enforcement to collaborate towards slavery-free communities. The partnerships use assets-based approaches to community organising through awareness raising, training, survivor care, intelligence and disruption activities.

The closing date for applications is 26th May 2024. Interviews will be 3rd June. The role will commence as soon as is possible. The successful candidate will be appointed subject to references and a satisfactory enhanced DBS check. We welcome applications, regardless of race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origins, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marital or civil partner status, age or religion or belief.
