Essex County Council have launched an online survey Community Dementia Support Services online survey to hear about peoples experiences with dementia and the support available in Essex.

We want to know about peoples experiences and are especially keen to learn more about the following areas:

• Support to those who may experience challenges in accessing support in their communities to live well with dementia. This may be due to location; transport; disabilities etc.
• Support and engagement for minority groups and communities including those from ethnically diverse communities; LGBTQ+ etc.
• Support to understand and manage a good end of life.
