The cluster offers a tier of services with Floating Support offering a flexible support package to customers in their own homes in the borough of Southend.
Norvick House is 8 self contained studio flats let as short term accommodation (approx. 2 years). The customers are provided with a low level of floating support to enable them to learn and develop their independent living skills. Staff are available to deliver support on a pre arranged appointment basis usually to customers in their own homes delivering support to individuals around their finances, health and well being, accessing paid/voluntary work, training and/or education, maintaining their current accommodation or identifying and moving to alternative appropriate accommodation, dealing with correspondence and form filling, accessing other services etc
