Mindful Counselling is an established private service set up by Basildon Mind and adheres to the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Code of Ethics and Practice. All counsellors are fully qualified to a minimum of Diploma level.
Counselling sessions last between 50 minutes and one hour and are charged at £40 per session. Clients are seen by the same counsellor at each weekly session and continue for as long as both feel it is useful.
