Pholk Care is an independent community based day service in South East Essex offering fun, educational, and personalised day services for adults with disabilities or mental health illnesses.
We have also extended our service to include elderly clients who are in need of some companionship and support.
We provide a range of activities to help build confidence, self-esteem, social skills and community inclusion. Most importantly, the support we provide is always customised for the individual and their family/carers.
