Hadleigh Training Centre has been providing training opportunities since 1990 for adults with additional support needs. There are currently approximately 160 trainees who attend the training centre, following personalised pathways to meet a range of outcomes. All training is designed to maximise progression opportunities, whether this be in particular vocational skills, or transferable life skills such as motivation, self-esteem and confidence.
The Trainee Services department is where your journey starts at Hadleigh Training Centre to establish whether the training we offer is the suitable path for you. Trainee Services support and guide each trainee through every stage of their journey at Hadleigh Training Centre identifying suitable training pathways and maximising progression opportunities for every trainee. At Hadleigh Training Centre, every trainee who comes to us has a life they aspire to lead. Our role is to equip trainees with the skills they need to succeed in whatever they want to do.
