Southend Communities Outreach Group was set up in May 2015 to reach out to people in the community.
Our foodbank is situated at the Balmoral Community Centre, Westcliff. Please use the side white door, not either of the main entrances.
We are closed weekends and bank holidays unless otherwise stated. Normal opening times are Monday 10.00am until 12pm / Wednesday 10.00am until 12.00pm / Friday 9am until 11am.
