The synagogue being part of the Reform movement, holds its Sabbath festival and other services in a mixture of Hebrew and English. Friday night services commence at 7.30pm, and Saturday services at 10.30am.
There is a new social group which runs from 7pm to 10.30pm on Tuesday evening.
Southend and District Synagogue, in London Road, is now open fortnightly.
