SNAP is based in Brentwood and is a voluntary organisation supporting parents and carers of children and young people with any additional need or disability. SNAP provides a range of services for families living under Essex County Council, Thurrock or Southend including helpline support, in person or online advice and information, specialist talks and workshops, and a range of family activity sessions.
