We have been looking after the South Westcliff area for over 20 years and we are now an online group of residents who have been working together to make positive changes in the area where we live and work. We also have specific public meetings of over 100 attending on important issues where possible. Fees only for large meetings of £1.00 each to cover the cost of the venue. Our group connects with our council and councillors to help achieve community goals to make South Westcliff a happy, safe, leisure and living area.
Also, we can be found on the NEXTDOOR community site for the area of Westcliff & Chalkwell Esplanade where we can be messaged.
Our CAWS conservation group looks after The Leas Conservation Area. This did include Crowstone Conservation Area but has been down regulated. We work with the Council and Conservation Officer to keep on top of any potential changes that might reduce the viability of our conservation buildings.
