We are excited to invite you to the Power of Sport Youth Crime Prevention Conference 2025, hosted by the Active Essex Foundation Sports and Youth Crime Prevention programme.

Taking place on Tuesday 16^th September at the iconic Colchester United Football Stadium, 9am-4pm. (Registration, refreshments from 8.30am)

Building on the momentum of last year’s impactful event, this year’s conference promises to be even more powerful. Bringing together professionals, partners and changemakers from across Greater Essex to explore how sport and physical activity can transform lives and tackle the challenges facing young people today.

Expect:

• inspiring keynote speakers, including youth voices and sector leaders, Home Office, Youth Endowment Fund, Police, National County Lines Co-ordination Centre, lived experience and others
• interactive workshops tailored to your work and interests
• opportunities to connect and collaborate with colleagues across the criminal justice system, local authorities and community partners.

This is more than just a conference, it is a space for learning, sharing and shaping the future of youth engagement and crime prevention through sport.
