Indirock is looking for an experienced, reliable administrator to join our team. The role will be a hybrid of on-site and remote working, 10 hours/week. As our administrator, you will work alongside our CEO, Centre Manager and Creative & Content Manager, providing admin support across these three roles.
Key duties will include, but not limited to:
- Answering questions which come to Indirock via email and social media
- Confirming all group/party bookings and ensuring invoices are sent
- Scheduling all regular 1:1 and team meetings, with a 6-12 month plan laid out by our CEO and Centre Manager
- Compiling newsletters – with input from C&C Manager and CEO
- Updating website
- Ensuring online shop sales are shipped and customers informed
- Ensuring stock takes are completed weekly for cafe and climbing shop
- Making orders for cafe stock and climbing shop
- Ensuring impact reporting is compiled for our grant funded projects
- Logging any feedback or complaints and working with management to respond
- Following all healthy and safety, environmental and other procedures as laid out by the Company and provided in the Employee Handbook and Reception Binder
You may from time to time be required to carry out such additional or alternative tasks as the Company may require and to comply with the policies and lawful directions of the Company.
Must haves:
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administrative role
- Ability to hybrid work from Indirock, Southend-on-Sea, and remotely
