Breathe Easy Southend is an affiliated support group of Asthma and Lung UK.
If you have been diagnosed with a respiratory disease, have trouble breathing, feeling alone or confused, and don’t know who to turn to, come along and meet new friends and talk to people in the same position for support and information for people living with lung disease.
There is advice from health professionals, fun afternoons with entertainment, as well as group anniversary and Christmas celebrations.
Open to families and carers.
