The Step-Forward Programme
Your Pathway into a Healthcare Career in Southend & Basildon
Are you unemployed, aged 18-30 and looking to start a rewarding job in healthcare? The role could be in estates and facilities, admin and clerical, or clinical. The Step-Forward Programme is a fully funded, flexible 8–12 week employment initiative designed to help you develop the skills and expertise needed to secure healthcare roles in your local area.
Who is it for?
- Young adults (18-30 years) from Southend and Basildon postcodes
- Those who are unemployed, economically inactive, vulnerable, or lacking work-related skills
