Meows Kitten and Cat Rescue (Meows), rescues stray and abandoned cats within East London and Essex.
The Rescue will also try to assist those who can no longer care for their cats.
Meows re-homes cats once the cats have been vet checked , neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and have an up-to-date flea and worm treatment.
All of our cats are fostered in our volunteers’ homes apart from semi-feral cats.
We support and advise adopters after adoption.
We educate and raise awareness about cat welfare and the importance of neutering and to assist with neutering wherever possible for strays and feral cats.
We are all volunteers and every penny we receive is used to support the cats and kittens.
The charity helps elderly/old people, people with disabilities, other charities or voluntary bodies, other defined groups and the general public.
