Create98 Foundation CIC aims to provides accessible, therapeutic art and creative workshops for vulnerable people across Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea, and the wider Essex area . Our services include subsidised and free, creative crafts, and wellbeing-focused sessions designed to support mental health recovery and social inclusion. We operate a tiered pricing model to ensure that no one is excluded due to cost, and we aim to deliver outreach to schools in deprived areas, care homes, youth groups, and community organisations. Our Southend venue is fully accessible, allowing us to offer adapted, sensory-friendly workshops for people with disabilities.
Our aim is to support a wide range of beneficiaries, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, people in recovery from eating disorders, low-income families, elderly people facing social isolation, young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and adults and children with disabilities. We will be actively working to build partnerships with local mental health charities, NHS services, and social prescribing link workers to ensure that those most at risk of exclusion or isolation can access creative, therapeutic support within a safe and welcoming community environment. All surplus will be reinvested to expand our programs, subsidise additional places, improve accessibility, and strengthen partnerships for greater social impact.
