Dear Voluntary Sector Organisations of Southend (24 March 2026)

Essex Frontline is a free digital platform and community initiative designed to help residents and professionals across Essex easily locate and access local health, wellbeing, and support services. It provides a single, convenient point of access for information on mental health, housing, financial advice, and a wide range of other charitable and community-based support.

I am writing to advise that the ICB will continue to commission Essex Frontline as our county-wide directory of services (https://essexfrontline.org.uk/). Over recent years, it has enabled thousands of residents across Essex to connect with voluntary, community, and charitable support for a variety of needs—support that organisations like yours play a crucial role in delivering.

We would like to invite you and your organisation to join a Microsoft Teams meeting with the Essex Frontline team. This will be an opportunity to learn more about how the platform works, how it can increase visibility of your services, and how your organisation can be included within the Southend section of the directory. Your involvement will help ensure that residents can easily find and access the support you provide. If you were to choose to register with Frontline, this will be in addition to your listing on SAVS and Livewell websites.

Please confirm your attendance by emailing the Connected Pathways email address below. I strongly encourage you to take part if you can, as registering your services on Essex Frontline can help reach more people in need and strengthen the collective impact of the voluntary and community sector across Southend.
