Brook Southend is the all-age integrated sexual health service for Southend-on-Sea, providing both clinical, educational, and outreach delivery across the city.

Our education team are facilitating a free training session for Southend professionals: Gender and Sexuality Awareness on Wednesday 17th June. For this session, we’ll be discussing:

• Attitudes towards LGBT+ people
• Stereotypes, assumptions, and judgements around gender and sexuality
• LGBT+ issues affecting young people and identify ways of supporting those you work with
• Developing LGBT+ inclusivity within your professional practice
