When times are hard, it is important that we focus on the essentials. In this session we look at how we can minimise our outgoings, and focus on the behaviours and decisions crucial to maintaining (and growing) income.
By the end of this session, we hope you will:
- Have an enhanced understanding of the different income streams which are available.
- Understand the importance of being strategic in your efforts.
- Understand the potential of changing behaviours for stronger fundraising.
