Deputy Manager – Residential Family Centre (Ofsted)
City Family CIC is looking for an experienced, calm and hands-on Deputy Manager to join their new Residential Family Centre in Southend on Sea, which is being registered with Ofsted.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will lead shifts, supervise staff, deputise during absence and help keep the centre safe, well run and inspection ready every day. You will have at least three years’ experience in a senior, supervisory or Deputy Manager role in an Ofsted-registered provision, a sound knowledge of safeguarding and a willingness to get involved in the practical, day-to-day life of the centre.
This is a permanent post of 34 hours a week plus on call, paying £38,000 to £42,000 FTE (actual £34,453 to £38,080), with support towards the Level 5 Diploma where not already held. This post requires an enhanced DBS check with barred lists.
