About the Role
City Family are recruiting a part time Family Navigator (Based in Westcliff)
As a Family Navigator, you will provide first-line information, advice and support to parents and professionals. Work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure parents/carers and those expecting a baby have access to swift support and guidance. You will also facilitate group sessions for families.
