Service Manager (part-time)
City Family CIC is growing, and they are looking for a Service Manager who loves getting new projects off the ground. Based at Socata House in Westcliff-on-Sea and reporting to our Head of Quality, you will set up new projects, keep existing ones on track and make sure our community family services work well together, while line managing three Team Leaders and Project Leads and managing a small budget.
You will bring experience of project and people management and a working knowledge of the voluntary and community sector. This is a fixed-term post until 31 March 2028, 21 hours a week over 3 to 4 days including a Friday, paying £34,000 to £37,000 FTE (actual approximately £19,040 to £20,720). This post requires an enhanced DBS check with barred lists
