Project Southchurch would like to take this opportunity to invite you to our next Community Meeting for 2026 on 29th October, 7pm – 9pm at Belle Vue Baptist Church, Belle Vue Avenue, Southend SS1 2QZ – doors open 6.45pm.

Catch up with the latest details from Inspector Childs, Essex Police. We will have an update from Network Rail about Southend East Station and the effects on local residents. We will also hear from Better Queensway regarding the disruption the works caused for local traders along Southchurch Road and possible solutions. Suez will be present to highlight how they serve Southend across all aspects of their business model.

The Community Presentation will be Little Heroes who will highlight the fantastic work they undertake across the city. Our Joint CEO, Rob McAvoy, will update you all on what Project Southchurch have been up to since we last met and what the future holds for the organisation.

There will be time to question councillors at the end of the evening as well as any other questions. Please be aware the meeting will be recorded to be broadcast at a later date by Southend City Radio.
