Everything we do is a project in some guise. In this session we take a practical look into what successful management of projects looks like, free tools you can use, and the importance of setting time aside for structured planning.
By the end of this session we hope you will:
- Have some practical tools to utilise
- Understand the reality of project management
- Gain confidence in challenging project circumstances.
