About this Funding:
The Freemasons’ Charity provides vital grant programmes designed to support communities and transform lives.
Small Grants (£1,000 – £5,000 per year for up to 3 years): For smaller charities with an annual income between £25,000 and £500,000. These grants are completely unrestricted!
Large Grants (£10,000 to £60,000 in total over 1–3 years): For larger charities with an annual income between £500,000 and £5 million. These are restricted to specific projects with defined goals.
Funding Priorities
Funding is specifically directed toward projects supporting children and young people in these three priority areas:
– Early Years (Ages 0–5), with a focus on poverty and neglect
– Children with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND)
– Children affected by Domestic Abuse
Eligibility
To apply, your charity must:
Serve beneficiaries in England and Wales.
Be registered with the Charity Commission (or relevant Central Registry for Guernsey, Jersey, or the Isle of Man).
Have at least one year of independently examined or audited accounts published.
Take their eligibility quiz and learn how to submit an expression of interest.
