Kings Award for Voluntary Services Presented to Avenue Child Contact Centre

Published on: April 25, 2025

Avenue Child Contact Centre are delighted to have been award the Kings Award for Voluntary Services, which is an MBE for the charity. We were presented with the award by Mrs Jennifer Tolhurst, the Lord Lieutenant of Essex, on Monday 14th April at our celebration evening at Porters. This was also attended by the Mayor, Ron Woodley, who presented long service awards to our volunteers.

We are very proud of the important work we have been doing for the past 21 years, and this award shows us that we are appreciated by the wider voluntary community.
