Everyone Health Launches Know Your Lungs Campaign This November

Published on: November 3, 2026

Throughout November, Everyone Health is supporting National Lung Cancer Awareness Month through its Know Your Lungs Campaign, encouraging Southend residents to learn more about their lung health and the benefits of stopping smoking.

As part of its community outreach programme, Everyone Health will be offering carbon monoxide readings and non-clinical lung function tests to help raise awareness of lung health and encourage people who smoke to access support.

Residents looking to quit smoking can also benefit from Everyone Health’s free stop smoking services, offering practical advice, tools and encouragement to help them on their journey towards a smoke-free future.

The Smoke Free App is also now available free in Southend, providing another way for residents to access support.

Everyone Health is encouraging local organisations and community partners to help spread the message and ensure residents know where to find support.
