‘Craft Crew’ spread festive joy

Published on: December 1, 2025

SAVS project, ‘Folk Like Us’ has once again showcased the power of community creativity through their dedicated Crafty Crew. This talented group spent the season knitting cosy winter warmers, including beautifully made hats and scarves which were generously donated to St Vincent’s in Southend to support those in need during the colder months. Their kindness didn’t stop there; the Crafty Crew also created handmade Christmas stockings, each thoughtfully filled with treats, to bring joy to housebound members of Folk Like Us.
