About Sexual Health Week 2026
Sexual Health Week is Brook’s annual campaign, and this year’s theme, “Let’s Connect”, focuses on the value of healthy relationships, communication, community and belonging.
Throughout the week, Brook will be sharing expert advice, lived experiences and practical resources to help people build authentic connections with themselves and others. National activities include a live BIG RSE Lesson delivered in partnership with Movember, alongside stories and resources celebrating connection in all its forms.
Whether through friendships, romantic relationships, family networks or community groups, the campaign highlights how meaningful connections can positively impact our health and wellbeing.
